Full Return Policy

  • New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. For customers in the European Union, the right to cancel and return within 14 days is not affected by the ‘final sale’ designation.
  • Online orders may be returned by mail.
  • Combined returns are prohibited.
  • Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.


Return Process & Refunds

  • Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Authorisation email containing a pre-paid express returns label from our partner carrier GSL.
  • To drop off your items choose from 40,000+ GLS drop off locations across Europe. Find your nearest GLS drop off point here.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been issued. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
  • Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
  • All returns are subject to a €15 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
