This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Waistli processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our online store. By making a purchase, customers agree to the terms of this policy.

This policy applies to all orders placed through Waistli, including clothing, accessories, and cosmetics, unless otherwise specified.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • Tracking updates are provided by our shipping partners and may take up to 48 hours to display online.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • We aim to deliver orders within 5–10 business days.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, and potential customs delays.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Waistli offers free shipping on orders over $100, while a $6.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $75.
  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Today, Ships Tomorrow

  • Orders placed before 11:59 PM (GMT+10) will be shipped the following business day.
  • This service is included at no extra cost to the customer.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Certain regions may be excluded due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or logistical issues.
  • If an order cannot be shipped to the customer’s location, our team will notify the customer and issue a full refund.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If a package is lost, delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Clear photos or videos of damaged items must be provided for claims.
    Waistli will either send a free replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement.

10. Limitations and Disclaimer

  • Waistli is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • This policy supplements statutory consumer rights and does not limit those rights where applicable.
